S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP, established in April 1952, is a full-service professional firm with over seven decades of experience, offering a comprehensive suite of taxation, assurance, corporate and financial advisory services.

The Firm’s evolution reflects its ability to adapt to India’s changing economic and regulatory landscape. Beginning with a strong foundation in personal and corporate taxation, the Firm expanded its focus in the 1970s to corporate tax advisory. The 1980s and 1990s marked a significant phase of growth with the addition of audit and assurance services, supported by the recruitment of skilled professionals amid economic expansion and globalization.

With the liberalization of the Indian economy, the Firm further diversified into corporate and financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions, de-mergers and transfer pricing. In the new millennium, S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP strengthened its global capabilities through cross-border partnerships, enabling it to deliver independent, globally aligned solutions to clients across jurisdictions.
