Ms. Nutan Jain is a Partner at S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualifying in 1994. She is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor (DISA).

Mrs. Jain has extensive experience in assurance and audit services. Under her guidance and supervision, the Firm conducts a wide range of engagements including statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, due diligence assignments, management audits, and audits of non-profit and non-governmental organizations.

Her client portfolio includes large Public Sector Undertakings, banking and financial institutions, and leading public and private sector enterprises. She is recognized for her strong technical oversight, audit quality focus, and disciplined approach to complex assurance engagements.
