Ms. Pallavi Dinodia Gupta is a Partner at S.R. Dinodia & Co. LLP. She graduated with distinction in Commerce (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, and subsequently obtained her Law degree from the University of Delhi. She is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Over the past decade, Ms. Gupta has gained diverse professional experience across multiple practice areas, having worked with leading law firms, in industry, and within the Firm. Her areas of experience include assurance, domestic taxation, and financial and corporate advisory.

Ms. Gupta currently specializes in international taxation. She advises multinational and non-resident clients on cross-border tax structuring and Indian tax compliance and represents clients before tax authorities on matters relating to transfer pricing and international taxation, including issues involving Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements. She continues to play an active role in the Firm’s domestic tax practice
